Definitions and Interpretation

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

6.3 VIP Cashback

777bet money has four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold and 1.0% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses.

Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless it was recorded incorrectly due to a technical error. It is the user's responsibility to verify all details before confirming a bet.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a bet or game is interrupted due to a server outage, loss of internet connection or any other technical issue, 777bet money will determine the outcome based on the last saved data after investigation.

7.3 Unfair Advantage Prohibited

Exploiting software bugs, loopholes or any unusual method to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account and winnings may be forfeited.

7.4 Reliance on Accurate Information

Game results, live scores or odds may be displayed with a delay due to technical reasons. 777bet money does not guarantee complete accuracy of real-time information.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

777bet money reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Breaching bonus terms or misusing bonuses.
• Fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Failure to provide information required for KYC.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure by the User

Any user may request closure of their own account through customer support. The opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance will be given before the account is closed.
